Odors and track out were light. <br /> 3. Bait stations were observed and they were functional. <br /> 4. The following temperatures were measured during the inspection: <br /> • Incoming green waste was 88°F. <br /> • Ground green waste ranged from 150°F to 160°F. <br /> • Windrows ranged from 1560F to 170°F. <br /> • Finished compost ranged from 144°F to 162°F. <br /> • Finished product ranged from 1180F to 140°F. <br /> • Overs were 100°F. <br /> 5. Litter on site was light. Litter was not observed on neighboring properties. <br /> 6. Records were reviewed. <br /> 7. The active windrows are located on Pad A. <br /> 8.
