The inspection produced violation #102 "Failure to <br />Determine if a Waste is a Hazardous Waste:' The first notice was issued shortly after the <br />inspection. The second notice is dated April 21, 2026, and was received by the facility shortly after. <br />The violation required the facility to make a hazardous waste determination for a product called <br />"Waterguard for Exterior Wood." <br />UFP Thornton, LLC has ceased using Waterguard for Exterior Wood. The exact date is unknown, but <br />UFP Thornton, LLC confirms that the product has not been used since tate 2020. UFP Thornton, <br />LLC believes that the discontinued use of the product has corrected violation #102 of the <br />December 3, 2020 inspection. <br />UFP Thornton, LLC believes all open violation items have been addressed as of the submission of <br />this Statement of Compliance.
