Zarc Recycling, LLC also engages in brokering. This scope <br />encompasses all electronics recycling and brokering activities at the facility identified as 2422 South California <br />Street, Stockton, CA 95206. <br />This Scope takes into consideration the boundaries and applicability of the Management System, all identified <br />external and internal issues; needs and expectations of interested parties, including workers; the needs and <br />expectations of workers; planned or performed work-related activities; Zarc Recycling, LLC’s compliance <br />obligations; the Zarc Recycling, LLC’s organizational units, functions and physical boundaries; Zarc Recycling, <br />LLC’s activities, products and services; and the Zarc Recycling, LLC’s authority and ability to exercise control and <br />influence. <br />This scope includes all activities that may potentially interact or impact the environment. Additionally, the scope <br />includes the health and safety of all persons that work for or may be within the facility from time to time. <br />ISOs Scope: <br />Sorting, de-manufacture, data destruction, re-use testing, palletizing, shipping, and resale of used electronics. <br />Page 2 of 21
