Facility <br />Zarc Recycling, LLC <br />ConformanceWare Edition <br />Electronics Edition - v4.5 <br />Serial <br />ZRL-05052021-00164 <br />Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Management System <br />The Zarc Recycling, LLC Environmental Policy: <br />Zarc Recycling, LLC’s top management has established, implemented, and <br />maintains this Environmental Policy that, within the Scope of its <br />Environmental, Health and Safety Management System: <br />This Environmental Policy has been determined to be appropriate to the <br />purpose and context of Zarc Recycling, LLC, including the nature, scale and <br />environmental impacts of its activities, products, and services. <br />Zarc Recycling, LLC’s Environmental, Health and Safety Management System <br />has and adheres to a framework for the setting of its environmental objectives. <br />Zarc Recycling, LLC is commitment to the protection of the environment, <br />including prevention of pollution and other specific commitments relevant to <br />the context of Zarc Recycling, LLC <br />Zarc Recycling, LLC is committed to fulfilling all its legal and voluntary <br />compliance obligations with all due diligence. <br />Zarc Recycling, LLC is committed to the continual improvement of this <br />Environmental, Health and Safety Management System in order to enhance its <br />environmental performance. <br />This Environmental Policy is documented in the Environmental, Health and <br />Safety Management System Manual and posted in the publicly accessible area <br />of the facility for all interested parties and available on request. <br />This Environmental Policy is maintained through the Internal and External <br />Audits and Assessments procedure and the Management Review procedure. <br />This Environmental Policy is communicated to all Zarc Recycling, LLC personnel <br />through the Training and Competence procedure and postings throughout the <br />facility. <br />Zarc Recycling, LLC adheres to the R2 policy for managing used and end-of-life <br />electronic equipment that is based on a reuse, recover, dispose hierarchy of <br />responsible management strategies documented in the Environmental, Health <br />and Safety Management System Manual. <br />The Zarc Recycling, LLC Data Security Policy: <br />Zarc Recycling, LLC prohibits unauthorized individuals from accessing or <br />handling equipment containing data. <br />Zarc Recycling, LLC has assigned a competent Data Protection Representative <br />(see Data Protection Representative above) with the overall responsibility and <br />authority for the R2 Facility’s data security and legal compliance, including <br />Page 6 of 21
