Facility
Zarc Recycling, LLC
ConformanceWare Edition
Electronics Edition - v4.5
Serial
ZRL-05052021-00164
Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Management System
Overall System Description:
The MS was developed taking into account the requirements established by external entities with oversight,
certification and/or accreditation responsibility. These external requirements were used to develop the MS and
ensure the PDCA loop. The objective is to ensure that the inputs and outputs of the MS are in compliance with
the standard(s), legal requirements, customer requirements and any relevant interested party requirements.
MS Interactions - General:
MANAGEMENT SYSTEM MANUAL
The Management System Manual is a general overview of the
management system. It defines the Scope of the management system,
gives general information on the company and the Procedures, SOPs and
Instructions that make up the management system. It may also include
other relevant information required by the standard(s).
PROCEDURES
Procedures describe the requirements, methods and techniques used to
accomplish elements of the Management System in compliance with the
applicable standard(s), regulation(s) or internal requirements.
STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES (SOPs)
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are detailed task-oriented
directions used to ensure that the tasks of the relevant SOP are
accomplished in the correct order and manner. SOPs are used where the
absence of such instructions will compromise the product or output of the
process, or compromise the environment, health and/or safety.
INSTRUCTIONS
Instructions are detailed task-oriented directions used to ensure that the
tasks of the relevant instruction are accomplished in the correct order and
manner. Instructions are used for non-product related tasks. Instructions
are used where the absence of such directions could compromise non-
product or process related elements of the Management System.
FORMS AND RECORDS
Forms and Records – A Form is a blank document. Once a form is filled
out it becomes a Record.
Records are used to provide evidence that the requirements of a
Procedure, SOP or Instruction have been accomplished. It also shows that
the results were conforming, or not conforming, to the requirements.
Forms may reference the Procedure, SOP or Instruction that requires the
Record.
