The complaint was investigated 02/09/2026. According to General Manager Brian Bartolomei, vehicles
are washed at the site, but contaminants, such as Bondo dust, are cleared beforehand and disposed of properly.
Brian stated that wash water did run into the storm drain previously, but the site has placed a 2in tall physical barrier
between where wash water ran into the storm drain. This was visually verified and no wash water appears to leak
onto the sidewalk and into the storm drain. The complaint is unverifiable.
A routine hazardous waste inspection was conducted 02/09/2026. A copy of the report was emailed to General
Manager Brian Bartolomei at brian.bartolomei@calibercollision.com.
Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement
documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork,
by March 21, 2026.
