Other requirements <br /> may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. A manure management plan shall be submitted for approval to the Environmental Health <br /> Department. The number of animals per acre shall be consistent with appropriate waste <br /> management practices. The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of <br /> payment. Compliance with San Joaquin County Development Title 5, and the California <br /> Code of Regulations, Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 15, Article 6 shall be addressed in the <br /> manure management plan. <br /> 2. Submit Water Provision Declaration form to the Environmental Health Department for <br /> review. <br /> 3. Applicant shall contact Natalia Subbotnikova, Program Coordinator, Small Public Water <br /> System Program, at (209) 468-0338, to determine if the existing well can be permitted as a <br /> public water system prior to issuance of building permits. If a public water system is required, <br /> applicant shall submit a Small Public Water System preliminary technical report to the <br /> California State Water Resources Control Board, Division of Drinking Water (Water Board) <br /> at least six months before initiating construction of any water related improvement, as <br /> defined. The issuance of a permit to operate a small public water system by the local primacy <br /> agency (EHD) is prohibited without the concurrence of the Water Board. Please contact <br /> Gena Farley with the SWRCB Division of Drinking Water at <br /> Gena.Farley@waterboards.ca.gov or 209-948-7488, concerning the requirements for <br /> preliminary technical report submittal prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> If the Water Board determines that an onsite well shall be used as the potable water source, <br /> a permit application to operate Small Public Water System shall be submitted to the EHD <br /> for approval prior to issuance of building permits. To issue a permit to operate, concurrence <br /> from the Water Board is required. A yearly permit to operate a public water system will be <br /> required by the EHD prior to sign off of the certificate of final occupancy (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-602.010 and 9-601.030.). <br /> 1868 E.
