All signed final manifests have been received. The facility's hazardous waste <br /> generator permit will be inactivated with EHD. If there is a change in operations and the facility begins generating <br /> hazardous waste again, please contact our office and make a CERS submittal. <br /> A closure inspection was conducted 2/25/26. No hazardous waste was observed on site. Inactivation of the facility's <br /> Small Quantity Generator Hazardous Waste permit is pending receipt of all signed final disposal records. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br /> having them sign. <br /> Starting July 1, 2025, all in-office CERS help will be provided at the EHD hourly rate ($179).
