The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HMBP violations that have not been <br /> addressed for Sherwin Williams Store #721023 as of March 06, 2026. <br /> Open violations from November 20, 2024 inspection <br /> Violation#3-1010017-Business plan readily available to site personnel responsible for emergency <br /> response or training. <br /> OBSERVATION: Facility could not provide the Emergency Response Plan and the inventory information upon request. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:The emergency response plans and procedures,the inventory of information required by <br /> this article, and the site map required by this section shall be readily available to personnel of the business or the <br /> unified program facility with responsibilities for emergency response or training pursuant to this section. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately make arrangements to have the business plan readily available for review. <br /> R This violation was corrected IN This violation will be corrected by(date): 03/06/2026 <br /> IN Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> The store have the 2026 hazmat business plan and emergency phone number <br /> on site and available for review. Please see the attached photo <br /> Violation#14-1020002-Provided initial and annual training and maintained training records for a <br /> minimum of three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: Store Manager Anthony Castro provided electronic training records during the inspection showing that <br /> two employees had not completed their initial HMBP training. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business plan shall include provisions for ensuring that appropriate personnel receive <br /> initial and annual refresher training.All employees shall be trained in safety procedures in the event of a release or <br /> threatened release of a hazardous material, including, but not limited to,familiarity with the following plans and <br /> procedures: <br /> (A) Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the unified program <br /> agency. <br /> (B)Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br /> persons, property, or the environment. <br /> (C)Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice,for the business site. <br /> This training shall be documented electronically or by hard copy and shall be made available for a minimum of three <br /> years. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately provide employee training for appropriate personnel and submit a copy of the <br /> training records to the EHD. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected This violation will be corrected by(date): 03/06/2026 <br /> IV Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Training records provided <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />
