The following used metal oil or fuel filter containers were on-site: <br /> -One 55-gallon drum containing used metal filters was observed with an unsecured lid and no label or accumulation start <br /> date. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66266.130 Management of Used Oil Filters. <br /> California Health & Safety Code section 25250.22 Fuel Filters <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: During the inspection, VP Matt Machado secured the lid to the drum and added a complete <br /> label with the accumulation start date. Continue to label filter waste containers with the words "drained used oil filters" or <br /> "used gasoline filters", depending on the contents and an accumulation start date. Used filters not stored, handled and <br /> disposed of according to this section are regulated as hazardous waste. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a (Minor)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. A complete report was finished <br /> on June 4, 2026 and replaces the initial checklist. <br /> All violations were corrected on site. No open violations remain and no further action is required. <br /> Starting July 1, 2025, all in-office CERS help will be provided at the EHD hourly rate ($179).
