The following <br /> records were not observed on-site during inspection: <br /> - Installation test results <br /> - Manufacturer checklists and manuals <br /> -As-built drawings <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The following records must be maintained by the owner or operator on site, or off site at a <br /> readily accessible location if approved by the Unified Program Agency, for the life of the underground storage tank <br /> system: (1) Installation records including, but not limited to: (A)Installation test results; (B)Manufacturer checklists and <br /> manuals; and (C)As-built drawings. (2) Records of repairs, including inspection reports and structural integrity <br /> certifications associated with interior lining; (3)Tank calibration charts; and (4) Unauthorized release reports. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and maintain these records onsite and submit copies to the UPA within 30 <br /> days. <br /> This is a (Minor)Violation. <br /> 44 23 CCR 16 2643(c) and (d); HSC 6.7 25288 2031031 - Facility has corrected all previously cited violations <br /> OBSERVATION: An inspection was last done on 05/27/2025 and an inspection report was issued identifying information <br /> to be submitted to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted by 06/26/2025. This <br /> information was received on 03/24/2026, 271 days late. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Within 60 days after receiving a compliance report or special inspection report prepared in <br /> accordance with subdivision (b) or(c), respectively, the permitholder shall file with the local agency a plan to implement <br /> all recommendations contained in the compliance report or shall demonstrate, to the satisfaction of the local agency, why <br /> these recommendations should not be implemented.
