Asbestos Containing Waste Disposal Site Inspection Report <br /> Addendum (52A) <br /> Forward Landfill, Inc. (39-AA-0015) <br /> 6/16/2026 <br /> Notes: <br /> 1. The current location of the asbestos containing waste is at WMU-FU17AA. <br /> 2. Asbestos containing waste were covered within an hour of disposal. <br /> 3. Signs were observed at all locations. <br /> 4. During the site inspection, it was observed that two of the old areas used for asbestos <br /> waste disposal (slopes of WMU-19) had sections of the fence removed. Per operator, the <br /> fencing was temporarily removed by contractors to facilitate work activities. The fencing will be <br /> restored and the areas will be secured upon completion of the projects. <br /> 5.
