<br /> 2.6%. During the second quarter of 2026, the maximum adjusted flow recorded at Flare FL-150
<br /> was 2,868 scfm.
<br /> During the second quarter of 2026,the average flow rate of the two flares was 1,409 scfm and the
<br /> total downtime of the two flares was 2.3%. The average methane content from the two flares was
<br /> 52.8%.
<br /> Overall, during the second quarter, the sum of the average LFG flows from the landfill (FL-100,
<br /> FL-150, and Ameresco) was 4,181 scfm with the combustion units operating 98.3% of the time
<br /> with only 1.7% downtime.
<br /> Except for standard flare malfunctions or shutdowns, the GCCS was operated continuously 24
<br /> hours per day without any significant downtime flare time.
<br /> EXTRACTION WELLS
<br /> SCS has performed operation and maintenance of the GCCS including extraction wells monitoring
<br /> and tuning,pipe maintenance, condensate management system inspection and maintenance. Table
<br /> 2' provides monitoring data for the extraction wells for this quarter.
<br /> CONCLUSION
<br /> Based on the data collected by SCS,the monitoring,testing,and inspection of the GCCS conducted
<br /> during the second quarter of 2026 met the CAO requirements for the operation and maintenance
<br /> of the GCCS at the Landfill. Moreover, methane concentrations at GP-10 well below the
<br /> historically elevated concentrations of 30%to 50%.
