Subcontractors, at a minimum, shall ensure <br /> that their employees, and those of its lower-tier subcontractors, comply with these <br /> crocedures and other health, safety, and security provisions in the Subcontract. <br /> ompliance with this HASP shall represent the minimum requirements to be met by <br /> subcontractors,who shall be responsible for examining all requirements and determining <br /> whether additional or more stringent health,safety and security provisions are appropriate <br /> for their portion of the work and implementing them accordingly.
