The Corral Hollow Road and 1-580 highway interchange may be widened and encroach <br /> onto the landfill property. If the property owners or potential buyers are planning any Post <br /> Closure Land Uses (PCLUs) for the site, see Title 27 California Code of Regulations section <br /> 21190 for PCLU requirements including the PCLU Plan. The Plan shall be submitted to the <br /> Local Enforcement Agency (San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department), the <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), local air district and local land use agency <br /> for review and approval prior to commencing any construction or pre-construction activities. <br /> 4. The Corral Hollow Road and 1-580 highway interchange may be widened and encroach <br /> onto the landfill property. The work may include eminent domain of land for the <br /> interchange. An owner or operator of a disposal site who plans to sell, transfer or convey the <br /> ownership or operation of the disposal site to a new owner or operator shall notify the Local <br /> Enforcement Agency (San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department) and <br /> CalRecycle 45 days prior to the anticipated transfer of title. This notification shall include the <br /> name(s), address(es) and phone number(s) of the new owner or operator. Title 27 California <br /> Code of Regulations section 21200. <br /> 5. A for sale or for lease sign was posted on the property. The sign was visible from the <br /> westbound 1-580 Corral Hollow Rd off-ramp.
