Access to the site is provided by an existing driveway located south <br /> of East State Route 4. The project site is served by private well, septic, and storm <br /> drainage systems. (Note: <br /> Driveway encroachment permits are for flatwork only—all vertical features, including but <br /> not limited to fences, walls, private light standards, rocks, landscaping and cobbles are not <br /> allowed in the right-of-way.)
