Religious services (prayers)will be held five times daily, seven days per week. Daily attendance is expected to <br /> average approximately 25 individuals. Friday congregational prayer is anticipated to begin around 12:00 p.m. and <br /> represents the highest weekly attendance period. The project also proposes to include accessory religious events to <br /> celebrate major religious holidays. These events are anticipated to occur between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Friday with a <br /> maximum attendance are each estimated at 400 individuals. The applicant has requested a maximum occupancy of 1,000 <br /> people to accommodate potential future growth and larger gatherings. <br /> The second component is for the development of a cemetery facility including: <br /> • A 21.89-acre cemetery providing burial and interment services <br /> • A 14,518-square-foot funeral services and funeral center as an accessory facility to support on-site memorial and <br /> funeral operations. <br /> The funeral facility is designed for a maximum occupancy of 300 people. The funeral hall will be occupied on an as-needed <br /> basis when services are scheduled. <br /> The third component includes the development of a 33,401-square-foot school with 10 classrooms with an anticipated <br /> enrollment of approximately 225 students. Operations are anticipated to occur Monday through Friday during standard <br /> school hours. <br /> The project includes 114 parking spaces.Access to the site will be provided via a proposed driveway connecting to County- <br /> maintained West Linne Road. The project will be served by a private well, septic system, and storm drainage facilities.
