The 2003 Consent <br /> Agreement also indicates that the Port will prepare any necessary CEQA documents. The Port <br /> prepared CEQA documentation that described and analyzed the proposed remedial alternative <br /> for Site 47 and the planned Project Sierra development is the TC NO. CAL. Development <br /> Warehousing and Distribution Facility Project Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR). <br /> The table on the following pages identifies the mitigation measures, consistent with the Draft <br /> EIR dated January 11, 2022, that would be implemented during the planned remediation at Site <br /> 47. The mitigation measures to be included in the Final EIR may be revised in response to public <br /> comments on or regulatory agency consultation since preparation of the Draft EIR. <br /> Appendix F:Summary of Environmental Management Measures F-1 <br />
