(KLE//VFELOER <br /> Bright People,Bight Solutions. <br /> 8 REPORTING <br /> Kleinfelder will prepare an ESA report presenting the rationale, methodology, and results of the overall <br /> investigation will be prepared in accordance with the guidelines presented herein. In this report, <br /> Kleinfelder will include a discussion of the field methods, Site geology and groundwater depths; and a <br /> conclusions and recommendations based on Site data. The report will include tables and figures, as well <br /> as other pertinent attachments, such as laboratory reports, boring logs, copies of the permits, copies of <br /> the waste manifests, etc. <br /> The ESA Report will be submitted to the Client for initial review for comments prior to finalizing the report <br /> and submitting to EHD. The draft report will be submitted within 45 days of the final field work, unless <br /> additional testing is required, in which case changes to the scope will be communicated with both the <br /> Client and EHD in a timely manner. <br /> If appropriate, recommendations will be made regarding the need for additional actions to further assess <br /> and/or remediate conditions at the Site, based on Site investigative findings and the risk screening <br /> evaluations.
