2.0 SCOPE OF WORK The Scope of Work(SOW) includes collecting wipe samples and locating private utilities. Additionally, it involves conducting six soil borings using a direct push method down to the first groundwater level, approximately 15 to 20 feet below ground surface. Soil samples and grab groundwater samples will be collected, and the borings will be grouted upon Scope of Work completion. Subcontractor oversight and coordination. Clearance to 5' bgs in all locations with hand tools (auger). el-z l]� Drilling Subcontractor for this project is Gregg Drilling Private Utility Locate subcontractor for this project is GPRS 3.0 PROJECT-SPECIFIC HAZARD ASSESSMENT AND CONTROLS Before beginning any activity,task,or job,and after any unexpected event or circumstance, conduct a Loss Prevention Self-Assessment (LPSA). This means taking a moment to assess the risk, analyze how to reduce the risk, and act to ensure safe operations. Make Loss Prevention Self- LPSAs a mental habit by asking yourself these questions: What am I about to do? Assessment What could go wrong? How can I make it safer?And don't proceed unless it is safe (LPSA) to do so. Share your LPSAs with the project team so that everyone can learn from your observations. Every employee has the right — and the responsibility — to Stop Work and immediately mitigate or report questionable or unsafe conditions and/or work practices to their supervisor if an unsafe act or condition is observed. If a job cannot be completed safely, Stop Work Authority employees must not proceed until the questionable or unsafe issue is resolved.
