(AGI) has prepared this Off-Site Assessment Work Plan for the <br /> Lakewood Plaza facility located at 306 North Ham Lane, Lodi, San Joaquin County, <br /> California (site or subject property). This work plan has been prepared to assess soil gas <br /> and indoor air to the subsurface and structures immediately surrounding the subject <br /> property. Historical soil, soil-vapor and indoor air analytical data is included in Tables 1, <br /> 2 and 3. Site structure and proposed sampling locations are illustrated in Figure 1. <br /> 1.0. INTRODUCTION <br /> The site is located in the northwestern portion of Lodi, California. The subject property <br /> was identified as a dry-cleaning facility from at least 1970 to 2013. In July 2023, an initial <br /> subsurface investigation was performed at the property to evaluate if historical dry- <br /> cleaning operations had impacted the property. Subsequently, two additional <br /> investigations have been performed in October 2023 and January 2024. Based on <br /> investigations, chlorinated hydrocarbon impact has been reported in sub-slab, shallow <br /> and intermediate soil-vapor sample and indoor air samples collected throughout these <br /> investigations. <br /> This work plan has been prepared in accordance with Central Valley Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board (Regional Board) directive letter dating 26 August 2024 (Appendix <br /> A) to assess subsurface chlorinated impact to immediately surrounding commercial and <br /> residential structures surrounding the subject property.
