Hazelton Avenue <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> Subject: Work Plan for Procurement of Boring/Well Permit <br /> OLSON TRUST PROPERTY <br /> 125 East Lodi Avenue, Lodi, California <br /> AdvancedGeo, Inc. (AGI) has prepared this Work Plan for the properties located at 125 <br /> East Lodi Avenue, Lodi, California (site or subject property). This work plan has been <br /> prepared as required by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (EHD) application for a boring/well permit. The site and surrounding area are illustrated <br /> in Figure 1. On-site structures and proposed soil boring locations are illustrated in <br /> Figure 2. <br /> 1.0. INTRODUCTION <br /> As part of a potential property transfer, AGI will advance borings at the site for the <br /> collection of soil samples. <br /> 2.0. SCOPE OF WORK AND PROCEDURES <br /> AGI proposes to advance a total of eleven (11) soil borings at the site. The borings will <br /> be advanced on parcel 043-063-080-000 to depths of 15 feet below surface grade (bsg) <br /> for the collection of soil samples. Borings will be advanced in the areas of the former <br /> underground storage tanks, in-ground hydraulic lifts, oil-water-separator (OWS), and the <br /> mechanics pit drain sump. <br /> 2.1. PERMITTING AND PRE-FIELD WORK ACTIVITIES <br /> Applicable site assessment drilling permits will be obtained from the EHD. Also, a site- <br /> specific Health and Safety Plan will be prepared prior to field work. Prior to mobilization, <br /> each soil probe boring location will be clearly marked, and a utility clearance obtained <br /> through Underground Service Alert (USA/811).
