Groundwater monitoring has not been performed since the monitoring wells were <br /> installed. Please resume quarterly groundwater monitoring immediately. Groundwater <br /> monitoring reports are due the first day of the second month follow the end of each <br /> calendar quarter, each 1 February, 1 May, 1 August, and 1 November. The Fourth <br /> Quarter 2018 Groundwater Monitoring Report is due 1 February 2019.
