The third proposed monitoring well could not be installed due to overhead and access <br /> restriction. Collection of a grab groundwater sample to the west of the former UST in <br /> needed to determine the lateral extent of the release. Please include in the Work Plan <br /> due 31 January 2019, a scope of work for collection of a grab groundwater sample to <br /> the west of the former UST. <br /> 4. The vertical extent of petroleum impacts to groundwater needs to be evaluated. Please <br /> include a scope of work in the Work Plan due 31 January 2019 to evaluate the vertical <br /> extent of the release. <br /> 5. Groundwater monitoring has not been performed since the monitoring wells were <br /> installed. Please resume quarterly groundwater monitoring immediately. Groundwater <br /> monitoring reports are due the first day of the second month follow the end of each <br /> calendar quarter, each 1 February, 1 May, 1 August, and 1 November. The Fourth <br /> Quarter 2018 Groundwater Monitoring Report is due 1 February 2019.
