This grant of access shall be for a period of one hundred and eighty <br /> (180) calendar days after the Effective Date. Any extension or renewal shall be effective <br /> upon the mutual written consent of the Parties without need for a further amendment to <br /> this Amended Agreement. <br /> 2. Incorporation of Terms and Conditions. Except as expressly provided herein, all <br /> terms and conditions of the Environmental Access Agreement for Additional Soil Sampling <br /> dated September 30, 2019 remain in full force and affect and are incorporated by this reference <br /> as if set forth in full,and the same provisions and requirements that applied to the "Work" as <br /> defined in the Environmental Access Agreement for Additional Soil Sampling dated September <br /> 30, 2019 shall apply to the Additional Work as defined herein. <br /> 3. Entire Agreement. This Amended Agreement, amending the Environmental <br /> Access Agreement for Additional Soil Sampling dated September 30, 2019, constitutes the <br /> complete and exclusive understanding between the Parties and supersedes all oral and written <br /> prior or contemporaneous communications, agreement and understanding among the Parties <br /> relating to Permittees conducting the Additional Work at the Property.
