NA197078 <br /> Our office was contacted by Ms. Cynthia Acosta of Acosta Construction to conduct a Soil <br /> Suitability/Nitrate loading Study (SSINLS) For the property at 11065 N. Alpine Road, Stockton, <br /> Califomia, San Joaquin County (SJC) Community Development Department Application No, <br /> PA1800050. The formatting of this report has been designed to follow, to the greatest degree <br /> possible, San Joaquin County, Environmental Health Department (EHD) Soil Suitability Study <br /> Requirements Checklist, dated September 25, 2007 and Nitrate Loading Study Requirements <br /> Checklist, dated July 14, 2001 <br /> 1.0 SOIL SUITABILITY STUDY <br /> 1.1 Introduction and ❑evetopment <br /> The Soil Suitability Study (SSS) was conducted to determine whether site soils are suitable for <br /> septic system usage. The study was performed according to the requirements of Section 9- <br /> 1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development code. A major element of the field work <br /> included conducting percolation tests that meet absorption rates as specified by EHD. A review <br /> of published soil information, geologic maps, and groundwater information was also performed. <br /> 1.1.1 Site Description <br /> The site consists of an approximately 1.50-acre tract of land located at 11065 N. Alpine Road, <br /> Stockton. California, San Joaquin County, Califomia, Assessor Parcel Number (APN) 063-040- <br /> 23. The site is currently developed with a domestic well on the central southern portion of the <br /> site. <br /> According to the San Joaquin County District Viewer the site is zoned AG-40, general agriculture <br /> with a minimum parcel size of 40 acres. <br /> According to the United States Geoiogical Survey(USGS)Waterloo, California Quadrangle dated <br /> 1978. The elevation of the site is approximately 50 to 55 feet above mean sea level with a <br /> topographic gradient generally sloping towards the west. <br /> Responsive ■ Resourceful ■ Reliable 3 <br />
