As I mentioned, I am the Project <br /> Manager from the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board for the Olin Chlor <br /> Alkali Products (Olin Chlor) site located at 26700 South Banta Road, Tracy near the Army <br /> Defense Logistics Agency(DLA) Distribution San Joaquin, California-Tracy site.The <br /> chemicals of concern (COCs) at the Olin Chlor site include carbon tetrachloride and <br /> chloroform.
