Following the grouting procedure,each <br /> well will be over-drilled to approximately five feet below ground surface (bgs) and the PVC casing <br /> removed/destroyed. Additional grout slurry will be placed into the over-drilled borings to within 0.5-1.0 <br /> foot bgs and the existing surface condition will be restored. <br /> The inert waste generated during well destruction(well casing,metal well boxes,concrete)will be disposed <br /> of in a dumpster/Class III landfill. Any soil generated during destruction activities will be characterized <br /> through laboratory analysis and disposed of at an appropriately licensed disposal facility.The waste will be <br /> placed in Department of Transportation(DOT)-approved containers(55-gallon drums or steel roll-off bin), <br /> labeled, and left on Site pending disposal. <br /> 7.0 REPORTING <br /> Condor will prepare a technical report summarizing the well destruction methods and results will be <br /> prepared and submitted to Central Valley Water Board and to GeoTracker, the online data management <br /> system. <br /> 8.0 LIMITATIONS <br /> This Work Plan was prepared under the direct supervision of a Professional Geologist licensed in the State <br /> of California. The standard of care for all services performed or furnished by Condor is the care and skill <br /> ordinarily used by a member of the environmental profession practicing under similar conditions at the <br /> same time in the same locality.
