PURCHASED AND CONSUMED A BURGER FROM THIS LOCATION. UPON CONSUMPTION, <br /> THEY DISCOVERED THAT THE BURGER CONATAINED VISIBLE MOLD. FOLLOWING THIS INCIDENT(C)EXPERIENCED <br /> SYMPTOMS CONSISTENT WITH FOODBORNE ILLNESS AND WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL FROM THE <br /> RESTAURANT LOCATION. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; 113700. <br /> All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Discussed complaint with two of the managers on <br /> site during the investigation. Neither of the two were aware of the complaint. Received access for inspection of the facility. Per the <br /> manager,the hamburger buns are stored frozen. Only a few sleeves are removed for a 4-hour thawing period. The bun sleeves are <br /> labeled with two labels.The first label is to document the date/time they are removed from the freezer and with a"DO NOT USE <br /> BEFORE"advisory with day of the week, date, and time.The second label is placed immediately <br /> adjacent to the first label with a"Must Use By"day of the week, date, and time.The hamburger buns that have expired are placed <br /> in the waste container. Observed all hamburger buns within the date and time limits. None of the hamburger buns were observed <br /> with mold. A routine inspection was conducted immediately after the complaint investigation.
