The <br />following is an example: <br />- One item on the checklist is to list the date of oldest universal wastes to ensure they are less than 1 year old. One week <br />listed 10/26/2023 e-waste as the oldest. The following week listed "no UW". The week after "10/26/2023 e-waste" <br />returned to the checklist. For the following 2 weeks N/A was listed but the 3rd week after 10/26/2023 e-waste was <br />listed again. <br />66262.16(b)(7)(C) The small quantity generator shall ensure that all employees are <br />thoroughly familiar with proper waste handling and emergency procedures relevant to their responsibilities during normal <br />facility operations and emergencies; <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: This was corrected on site. A complete <br />report was finished on July 14, 2026 and replaces the initial checklist. The complete report was amended on July 15, <br />2026. This amended report replaces the previously completed report. The following was amended on the completed <br />report: violation degree on item #4 (3020001). <br />All violations were corrected on site. No additional follow up is required. <br />Starting July 1, 2025, all in-office CERS help will be provided at the EHD hourly rate ($179).
