We observed a pile of
agriculture waste southwest of 2187 N Wilson Way. A truck was being loaded with the material.
The odor near the pile was very strong, but odor was not observed from Bishop St. or Wilson
Way. The fly population was light.
The loader operator contacted the manager, Nepa Vallejo, via cell phone. Mr. Vallejo stated the
material is from strawberries. The material is piled each year during the strawberry season
(October to January). After the season is over, the material is moved to a property on Jahant Rd.
and used as fertilizer. He also mentioned all the material will be removed within the next 2 days.
Corrective Actions:
1. Facility operator is to remove all material from the site and dispose of material at an
approved location.
2. Facility operator shall provide evidence of disposal.
3. A reinspection will be conducted the week of July 6, 2026.
Correct By:
July 6, 2026
Inspected By:
S '
Received By: Date Received:
1868 E.
