We observed a pile of <br /> agriculture waste southwest of 2187 N Wilson Way. A truck was being loaded with the material. <br /> The odor near the pile was very strong, but odor was not observed from Bishop St. or Wilson <br /> Way. The fly population was light. <br /> The loader operator contacted the manager, Nepa Vallejo, via cell phone. Mr. Vallejo stated the <br /> material is from strawberries. The material is piled each year during the strawberry season <br /> (October to January). After the season is over, the material is moved to a property on Jahant Rd. <br /> and used as fertilizer. He also mentioned all the material will be removed within the next 2 days. <br /> Corrective Actions: <br /> 1. Facility operator is to remove all material from the site and dispose of material at an <br /> approved location. <br /> 2. Facility operator shall provide evidence of disposal. <br /> 3.
