Baker Road, Linden <br /> APN: 09109027, SU-2601460 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed the Soil Suitability/Nitrate <br /> Loading Study (SSNL)dated September 4, 2025 for the above noted location and has the following comments <br /> for your consideration. <br /> The SSNL was prepared to determine the suitability of the above noted parcel for onsite wastewater treatment <br /> system (OWTS) usage and the potential long-term nitrate loading impact to groundwater from the proposed <br /> Minor Subdivision. <br /> Based on the information provided the EHD can make the following findings: <br /> a. Based on the information provided the EHD finds that the SSNL Study supports the suitability for <br /> standard OWTS usage for the proposed development pursuant to San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-604.010(d) <br /> b. Percolation test conducted on August 28, 2025 yields a percolation rate of 8.06 min/inch. At this rate <br /> an 8 soil separation is required between bottom of dispersal field and the groundwater. Groundwater <br /> is reported at 130 feet below surface grade. (San Joaquin County OWTS Standard Table 1.10.2). <br /> c. Obtain an installation permit for residential onsite waste water treatment system (OWTS) from this <br /> department. Inspection is required before back fill of OWTS excavations. Request for inspection 24 <br /> hours in advance by calling our inspection line (209) 953-7697.
