Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A qualified environmental professional shall prepare a surface and subsurface contamination <br /> report, identifying any potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by past <br /> or current land uses. The report shall include evaluation of non-point source of hazardous <br /> materials, including agricultural chemical residues, as well as potential point sources, such as <br /> fuel storage tanks, septic systems, or chemical storage areas. The report shall be submitted to <br /> the Environmental Health Department at time of submittal of a tentative map (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-905.12). <br /> A review fee of $260 shall be paid at the time of submittal to the Environmental Health <br /> Department. <br /> Note: The Environmental Health Department has received a report dated June 25, 2014 and its <br /> addendum dated February 24, 2015 and it has been approved. <br /> B. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation located at the above noted <br /> address under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> C. Immediately secure the two abandoned opened wells at the above noted address with a water <br /> tight seal or cover in such a manner that it cannot be removed except by equipment or tools. <br /> D. Destroy the two abandoned well(s) at the above noted address under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Department as required by San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1115.5(e). <br /> E. Written Confirmation is required from the Public Works Department that improvements have <br /> been constructed or financial arrangements have been made for any improvements for public <br /> sewer required by the agency. In addition, written confirmation from the Public Works <br /> Department that the agency has or will have the sewer capacity to serve the development is <br /> also required (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1100.3). <br />
