The General Plan designation is Rural Residential R/R). <br />The project also includes Use Permit No. PA-1900152 to establish a phased religious assembly campus for a maximum <br />of 400 people on 4.18 acres (Use Type: Religious Assembly-Community). Development will include the construction of a <br />10,400-square foot, 400-seat worship building; an adjacent 8,000-square foot fellowship hall; and a 6,000-square foot <br />classroom/meeting room building. The project proposes utilizing an onsite collecting system routed to an onsite retention <br />pond for stormwater runoff, an onsite sewage disposal system, and an onsite well and storage tank system for water and <br />fire suppression.
