(NO RESTROOM)* <br /> GM/RM AT DEALERSHIP SAID THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE RESTROOM. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Upon arrival I spoke with the manager on site. He stated the employees have food safety certifications and food handler cards <br /> if they handle or prepare food.All food certifications on site were not expired and the employees were on site to verify existing <br /> workers.We then stepped into the back area to observe the ventilation hood,the hood turned on and is working properly.The <br /> manager stated the hood having some issues in the past, a previous complaint was entered for the incident, but the hood has <br /> been restored and is working properly. Observed no smoke in the kitchen area or the food preparation area.The manager <br /> stated in regards to the restroom issue for his mobile food units, a restroom agreement form has been sent to the manager <br /> and is waiting for it to return in order for the manager to send me a copy.
