(ERV)to submit this results report, documenting the over-excavation and associated confirmation soil sampling at the subject site (Figure 1). The o% ver-excavation was.conducted in two phases on June 9 and 26, ' 2003 after three soil samples collected during the initial dispenser pan upgrades indicated I�r elevated concentrations of fuel hydrocarbons in site soils..' - This report has been developed, in part, on the basis-of. obtained by Apex from ERV and is subject to modification as newly acquired information may warrant SITE DESCRIPTION The Arch Road Cardlock site is Iocated at 4733 South'Highway 99 Frontage Road in Stockton, California (Figure 1). The site is located in an industrial area of Stockton and is west of-Highway 99. The site currently possesses diesel and gasoline fueling capabilities. BACKGROUND - To comply with Senate Sill 989 requirements, ERV contracted Donlee Pump Company to perform the necessary upgrade modifications,to the existing fuel dispensing system. The existing dispensers were removed from the site and GeoAnalytical Laboratories, Inc. (Geo)personnel collected one soil sample from'approximately2-feet below each of the ten dispensers.
