Hazelton Ave Stockton, CA 95205 Re. Forward Landfill Domestic Well Sampling Program Summary Reports Dear Messrs. Kenny and McClellan: Our firm is counsel for Forward, Inc. Enclosed with this letter are three binders containing copies of the reports for each property prepared by Geo-Logic Associates on behalf of Forward, Inc., regarding the results of the first round of sampling of domestic water wells conducted pursuant to Cleanup and Abatement Order RS-2017-0703 ("CAO"). Also included in the first binder of the three binder set is the "Domestic Well Sampling Program Results"report prepared by GLA, which provides a general summary of the program results. To facilitate the location of a report and sampling results for a particular property, an index is included in the binders based on the numeric portion of each property address. In this way, a report can be located for future reference without the need to properly identify the last name of the property owner. For example, the first report is for 3320 Sunny Road and the last report is for 13225 Mariposa Road. All addresses are Stockton addresses. Thus, if you know the number in the street address, you can find the property in the index and then turn to the corresponding numbered tab for the report and laboratory test results.
