n I I IT Corporation 4005 Port Chicago llighxay Concord, CA 94520-1120 } L ® Tel 925 288 9898 the Fax 925 288 0888 (t;group.9 tl nlemLer oI The I P Gra«p s I V e a March 30, 2001 � — Mr Bob DeNfnno 7-Eleven, Inc 10220 S W Greenburg Road 1 Portland, Oregon 97233 I Subject First Quarter 2001 Monitoring and Sampling Report 7-Eleven Store No 21756 853 E Yosemite Avenue Manteca, California 781723 Dear Mr DeNmno This First Quarter 2001 Monitoring and Sampling Report presents the results of monitoring and sampling activities performed by IT Corporation at the subject site (Figures 1 and 2, Attachment 1) on January 15, 2001 A summary of activities conducted during this reporting g period is provided below Depth to water (DTW)was gauged in three site-related groundwater monitoring wells Groundwater samples were collected from the three monitoring wells and submitted to a California-certified laboratory for analysis of benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and total xylenes (BTEX), total petroleum hydrocarbons-as-gasoline (TPH-G), the oxygenates methyl- tert-butyl ether (MTBE),tert-butanol (TBA), diisopropyl ether (DIPS), ethyl-tert-butyl ether (ETRE), and tert-amylmethyl ether (TAME) I Groundwater Monitoring Data Before monitoring, the well caps were opened to allow the water in each well to stabilize to atmospheric J pressure The DTW was measured to the nearest 0 01 foot from the top of the well casing using an r interface probe i A potentiometric surface map was prepared using the quarterly groundwater elevation data (Figure 2) Results indicate that the groundwater flow is toward the northwest at a gradient of 0 0016 fuft The groundwater monitoring results from the current monitoring and sampling event are presented in Table 1 _ (Attachment 2) Field data sheets are included in Attachment 3 i ,
