Food cart was not outside the store at this MURO <br />time. Discussed with owner of La Perla. He stated that facility has not provided <br />food service outside the front of the store in over two weeks. When it was taking <br />place, there was no exchange of money or food prep out there. Owner requested <br />that I explain proper food handling and proper hand washing with his employees <br />since he does not speak spanish and they do not speak English. Discussed with <br />employees. Let owner know if the Environmental Health Department receives <br />another complaint and its confirmed, facility will be billed at the current hourly rate. <br />After-hours, rate is billed at time and a half with a three-hour minimum fee. <br />Unable to verify complaint. <br />Inspection report was emailed to owner at kulwantsingh68@yahoo.com. <br />5105.rpt Page 1 of 1
