Phoned 800-229-5353, spoke to Derek Early of Haz-Mat One. <br /> Per Derek, there was 9 jugs of ammonia and 6 of the jugs was crushed when a <br /> heavy freight was stacked on top of it. Causing the release of the ammonia. YRC <br /> are to be the responsible party. Clean-up was completed by YRC personnel and <br /> placed into a 55 gallon drum label as hazardous waste in their hazardous storage <br /> area. <br /> Updated J. Emailed to <br /> ruben.byerley@myyellow.com. <br /> There were nine 1 gallon jug of Blue Ribbon ammonia, 6 of the 9 was smashed <br /> opened and released contents inside the trailer. No evacuation. No injuries. No <br /> waterways or storm drains impacted. Clean-up was completed by YRC Freight <br /> terminal personnel. <br /> Clean-up is completed.
