COMPLAINANT STATES THAT THE SNACK BAR WAS DISGUSTING AND THEY DID NOT <br /> FEEL THE STAFF WAS HANDLING FOOD IN A SAFE WAY. COMPLAINANT STATES STAFF WOULD TOUCH MONEY AND <br /> THEN FOOD WITHOUT WASHING HANDS INBETWEEN,THEY LEFT PIZZA OUT THE ENTIRE TWO GAMES WITHOUT <br /> HAVING IT IN ANY WARMER, HOTDOGS WHERE DEFROSTED ON THE COUNTER BY THE SINK AND COOKED IN A <br /> CROCK POT WITHOUT ANY MEAT THEMOMETER TO CHECK TEMP, STAFF WAS SWEATING A LOT. COMPLAINANT <br /> STATES THE SNACK BAR IS RAN BY LODI HIGH SCHOOL STAFF DURING HOME GAMES. COMPLAINANT IS <br /> CONCERNED THAT THE STAFF DOES NOT HAVE FOOD HANDLER CARDS. GAMES START 5:30PM AND END AT <br /> 9:OOPM <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; 113700. <br /> All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe.
