Non-compliance may warrant immediate <br />closure of the food facility. <br />#21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br />OBSERVATIONS: Hot water heater was on the lowest setting then turned up during the inspection. Maximum temperature <br />observed was 101 F. Ensure the hot water heater is adjusted to maintain 120 F during operation. Correct prior to operation. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all <br />times.
