COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Name of Facility: TACO LICIOSO #65876U3 Date: 09/29/2025 <br />Address: 620 S SACRAMENTO , LODI 95240 <br />Owner/Operator: RAMIREZ-RICO, LUIS Telephone: () - <br />Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: CO2500597 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />Food truck parked at 1045 Indiana Street in Woodbridge practicing unsafe food handling , no gloves, Cross-contamination, dirty <br />surfaces, and pests. <br />Employees at food truck handling food without gloves AND raw and cooked items were touching each other AND the prep area <br />was dirty AND pests were near the truck while food was being served . <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; 113700. <br />All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health and have the <br />potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Arrived on site and met with operator. Discussed reason of site visit. Discussed hand washing is required <br />when switching tasks. Observed separate utensils for separate ingredients. Cooked meat is stored inside steam table. Prep area <br />was clean during inspection. No pests observed inside of food truck. Complaint to be abated. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
