Box 1810 <br /> Stockton, California 95201 <br /> Re: SWAT Report, Corral <br /> Hollow Sanitary <br /> Landfill <br /> Dear Mr. Horton: <br /> EMCON Associates is pleased to present this proposal to complete the <br /> Solid Waste Assessment Test (SWAT) report for the Corral Hollow <br /> Sanitary Landfill , in San Joaquin County, California. The following <br /> scope of work is in compliance with EMCON's February 1988 SWAT propos- <br /> al submitted to the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) and <br /> our March 25, 1988 letter responding to RWQCB comments on the SWAT <br /> proposal . <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> TASK 1 - Soil Borings and Monitoring Well Installation <br /> EMCON will drill and install the following borings and monitoring <br /> wells: <br /> • Two deep monitoring wells <br /> • Two shallow monitoring wells <br /> • Three shallow soils borings, possibly converting them to <br /> monitoring wells if ground water is encountered <br /> TASK 2 - Field Supervision <br /> EMCON will provide professional services for field supervision of the <br /> drilling and construction of the monitoring wells. <br /> 1921 Ringwood Avenue, San Jose, Califomia 95131, (408)275-1444 <br />
