Further, you are <br /> required to complete construction and final the building permit within <br /> one (1) year from date of demolition. <br /> This letter is a request to allow Lockeford Properties LLC up to <br /> sixty (60) months to complete the project. <br /> The following is submitted to substantiate the request: <br /> Lockeford Properties, LLC. is in the process of Master Planning the <br /> overall development of the Disch Road property for future use. <br /> Since acquiring the property in 2013, we have cleared, prepared the <br /> land, installed irrigation and planted the majority of the acreage in <br /> grapes. (Phase One) <br /> In June 2015, the old septic system (built in 1979) was found to be <br /> unsafe and removed. The entire system was replaced in June 2015 with <br /> a new septic system (Permit #72459). (Phase Two). <br />
