The new septic system has never been used. It is our intent to use it for <br /> a new structure to be built during the next sixty (60) months, (Phase <br /> Four of the Master Plan). <br /> Presently, there is a dilapidated unoccupied mobile home on the <br /> property that is uninhabitable. The structure is a fire and safety hazard. <br /> From a liability prospective - the dwelling must be removed. <br /> It is our desire to demolish the structure and clear the property for a <br /> future building site. (Phase Three). <br /> We ask that you grant the requested time extension (1) to complete the <br /> structure and (2) retain the new septic system. The extension will make <br /> it financially possible for Lockeford Properties LLC to demolish an <br /> unsafe building immediately and complete the Master Plan for the <br /> facility in an orderly and timely manner.
