The parcel consists of 1300- acres with overall dimensions of <br /> . about 5300-ft north-south and 15 , 000 ft east-west. It is bounded on <br /> ±L-a4 the north by Eight Mile Road , on the south by Bear Creek channel and <br /> _ - _ extends about 6000-€t west and 8000-ft east of Interstate-5 which <br /> ' . crosses the parcelon a northerly alignment.
