I
LEVI N E•FRICKE
Irrigation Supply and Drainage Water
Site irrigation and drainage water samples will be analyzed for
ter- dissolved chlorinated herbicides using EPA Method 615 and dis-
solved organochlorine pesticides using EPA Method 608.
Task 7: Data Evaluation and Report Preparation
This task includes evaluation of the results of the assessment
~ and preparation of a written report including the following:
1) a description of the methods, procedures, and sources used to
., obtain information concerning the Site;
2) a summary of relevant information obtained;
3) our interpretation of the information, with respect to poten-
tial environmental concerns; and
-.- 4) our professional opinion concerning the likelihood of Site
degradation and the need, if any, for additional sampling and
analysis to further assess site conditions.
Task 8: Project Management and Meetings
Ms. Beth Gurney, R.E.A. and Project Scientist, will be the over-
all Project Manager for the Environmental Assessment. As such,
she will be the primary contact for all technical and administra-
tive aspects of the project. Mr. Scott Seyfried, Staff Scien-
tist, will lead the sample collection and analysis program and
'- preparation of the written report. Mr. Thomas M. Johnson, R.G.
and Principal Hydrogeologist, will provide peer review for the
project.
SCHEDULE
It is anticipated that the enclosed Scope-of-Work can be com-
pleted within four weeks after approval is obtained from the San
Joaquin Local Health District (SJLHD) . This time can be reduced
# if laboratory analyses are conducted on a rush basis. The costs
for the assessment under both laboratory analysis schedules are
presented in the estimated budget for the Environmental Assess-
ment. This schedule is contingent upon subcontractor availabil-
ity and precludes conditions beyond the control of Levine•Fricke
- that would affect the schedule (e.g. extreme weather conditions,
} barriers to site access, etc. ) .
-7-
.r-
