a. FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($15,000.00) payable to the California <br />Certified Unified Program Agency ("Cal CUPA Forum") to be used by the San Joaquin County <br />Office of the District Attorney and the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department to <br />fund enforcement training programs for their local environmental enforcement personnel; <br />c. FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($15,000.00) payable to the San Joaquin <br />County Environmental Health Department —Environmental Health Division Trust to be used by the <br />San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, at its discretion, to fund compliance training <br />for local businesses; and <br />d. FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($15,000.00) payable to "CHMIA" to fund <br />scholarships for attendance and participation at the annual training presented at the CalifornialU.S. <br />EPA-CID Joint Advanced Environmental Criminal Training Program ("Cal/US EPA-CID Joint <br />AECTP"), in conjunction with the California Hazardous Materials Investigators Association <br />("CHMIA"). Each of these scholarships shall cover conference registration, meals and hotel. <br />9. Defendant shall additionally pay to Plaintiff the sum of FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS <br />($500.00) as partial recovery of the cost of investigation and suit incurred by the CITY OF <br />STOCKTON —FIRE DEPARTMENT. Said payment shall be due and payable to the <br />aforementioned agency,. and shall be delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District <br />Attorney, Environmental Crimes Unit, on or before MARCH 31, 2016. <br />10. Defendant shall additionally pay to Plaintiffthe sum of TWO THOUSAND <br />SEVENTEEN DOLLARS AND FOURTEEN CENTS ($2,017.14) as partial recovery of the cost of <br />investigation and suit incurred by the CITY OF STOCKTON — MiINICIPAL iJNTILITIES <br />DEPARTMENT. Said payment shall be due and pa. la to the aforementioned agency, and shall be <br />delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental Crimes Unit, on <br />or before ON OR BEFORE MARCH 31, 2016. <br />-6- <br />PERMANENT INJiJNCTION AND FINAL JiIDGMENT PURSUANT TO STIPULATION
