Defendants shall pay to Plaintiff the sum of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS <br />($100,000.00), as and for civil penalties, pursuant to Health and Safety Code §25192. Said payments <br />shall be delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental Crimes <br />Unit, as per the following: <br />a. ON OR BEFORE DECEMBER 31, 2017 - $50,000.00 made pa.~ to the <br />DEPARTMENT OF TOXIC SUBSTANCE CONTROL —TOXIC SUBSTANCE CONTROL <br />ACCOUNT; <br />b. ON OR BEFORE DECEMBER 31, 2018 - $25,000.00 made payable to the <br />SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT — <br />ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISION TRUST; and <br />c. ON OR BEFORE DECEMBER 31, 2018 - $25,000.00 made payable to the <br />SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY OFFICE OF THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY. <br />7. Defendant shall pay to Plaintiff the sum of ONE ~~UNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND <br />DOLLARS ($150,000.00), as and for civil penalties, pursuant to Business and Professions Code <br />sections 17206. Said payments shall be made payable to the TREASURER OF SAN JOAQUIN <br />COiJNTY and delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental <br />Crimes Unit, as per the following: <br />a. ON OR BEFORE DECEMBER 31, 2019 - $50,000.00 <br />b. ON OR BEFORE DECEMBER 31, 2020 - $50,000.00 <br />c. ON OR BEFORE DECEMBER 31, 2021 - $50,000.00 <br />8. Defendant shall fund Environmental Training Programs in the amount of FIFTY <br />THOUSAND DOLLARS ($50,000.00), as special projects, commonly known as Supplemental <br />Environmental Projects, as described below. The payment shall be due and savable to the below <br />mentioned agencies, and shall be delivered to the San Joaquin County OfFce of the District Attorney, <br />Environmental Crimes Unit, on or before DECEMBER 31, 2016. The FIFTY THOUSAND <br />DOLLARS ($50,000.00) will be allocated as follows: <br />-5- <br />PERMANENT INJiJNCTION AND FINAL JUDGMENT PURSUANT TO STIPULATION
