JLoss Control <br />Safety Procedures in Event of Release <br />Responsibilities Administration (Continued): <br />•Determine if evacuation is necessary. If necessary, initiate the evacuation procedure <br />immediately. <br />•Render first aid as needed utilizing the Safety Data Sheet instructions for first aid. <br />*Document actions and decisions concerning hazardous materials incident. <br />*Notify the designated Assistant Superintendent's office and the Director of <br />Maintenance and Operations, Safety and Security. <br />*To report all significant releases or threatened releases, first can 911. Then can 468- <br />4400, the San Joaquin County Sheriff Office. They will call the SJ County Office of <br />Emergency Services. Call 1-800-852-7550, California OES, Hazardous Materials Unit. <br />*Call Environmental Health and Safety 209-468-3420 <br />*Call Maintenance and Operations dispatch (209-468-9061). If incident occurs after <br />school hours contact Securitas Security (209-992-2505). <br />•The building shall not be re-entered until authorization is given by the fire department. <br />
